
Perinatal Support.
Having a baby can be one of the most challenging times of your life, it can also be one of the most isolating and lonely times too. It's important to get the support you need and deserve. I offer support from conception, through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Sessions are weekly and we work at your pace, they can be open ended or block booked. Please get in touch if you have any questions or want to book an initial chat or counselling session.
Sessions.
Sessions can be face-to-face, online or outdoors.
For those who are in the postnatal period I also offer outdoor sessions with the buggy:
Buggy Therapy: For clients who prefer to be outside I offer individual sessions with buggy and baby, encouraging parents to get out and about during a period of time that can be filled with unpredictability and difficulties. Sessions are 50 minutes to an hour, we walk at your pace and allow for any feeding or changing that may be necessary during this time.
